Arsenal have moved quickly ahead of the summer transfer window with fresh reports that the Gunners have moved a step closer to completing the transfer of one of Premier League’s pass-master.
According to reports, Arsenal are close to completing the signing of Swansea City midfield star Ki Sung-Yueng, with the club happy to accept £15million for the player.
This report is coming amid earlier claims that the Gunners made a surprising transfer move for South Korean international Ki Sung-Yueng, with Sky Sports claiming Wenger has approached the Swans over the availability of the midfielder with talks already begun.
Wenger is in the market to bolster his midfield ahead of next season and have identified the 26-year-old as a cheaper option to the likes of Morgan Schneiderlin and Geoffrey Kondogbia.
Ki has been in excellent form this season at the Liberty Stadium and Arsene Wenger has been sufficiently impressed to make a move.
