Arsenal have been reportedly handed a final blow in the bid to land highly talented midfield enforcer this summer.
The Gunners are set to miss out on the signing of Monaco midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia this summer with reports that Italian side Inter Milan have move quickly beating both keen suitors Arsenal and AC Milan to the midfielder signature.

Both AC Milan and Inter Milan have reportedly been in negotiations for the 22-year-old midfielder, with Arsenal and Tottenham also credited with keen interest.
Milan however, have been thought to be in the front role for the players signature, but arch rivals Inter have reportedly swooped in and completed a deal for the Arsenal target.
While the two teams still have to come to a final agreement over the transfer fee, the France international has agreed a five year deal with Inter worth €4m a season plus bonuses and is set to have a medical on Monday.
This report will come as bad news to many Arsenal fans, who thought the club was closer to completing a deal for the Monaco star, after it was reported an initial bid of around £18.4million had been tabled by Arsenal for the players services.
