Arsenal have all but completed the transfer of their first signing of the summer.
Petr Cech can now finally move to the Emirates Stadium.
This report is according to Sky Sports, who claim that the Gunners have finally agreed a fee with the Blues to complete the signing of veteran goalkeeper Petr Cech.
The Chelsea shot-stopper who has been heavily linked with a move across London, has reportedly agreed personal terms with Arsenal over a summer switch.
The report also say that only a fee was left to be sorted out, with Chelsea said to want as much as £14million for the 33-year-old, while other talk has been about including Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the deal.
However, Arsenal are getting a huge bargain with Sky Sports saying the fee will be just £10.9m.
Following this reports, welcome message-memes of Wenger and Cech has been circulating popular social media outlet Twitter.
