Arsenal are looking to bolster their attack this summer and they are expected to make a bid for Dortmund star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Arsenal are looking for a prolific goal-scorer this summer to pair up with Olivier Giroud and they may have found their man in Borussia Dortmund attacker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Although he plays a very pacey style of football, that is not all he can do. He is a clinical finisher, very solid in the air, can play on the wings, and has a respectable strength.

Most people know Aubameyang for his pace, and pace would be a great addition to an already incredibly pacey Arsenal side.

Alexis Sanchez posseses incredible speed down the left hand side and if Wenger plays Theo Walcott on the right and Aubameyang up top, that is three of the quickest players in the world; which will certainly cause nightmares for any defence.

The Gabonese striker played in 43 matches for Dortmund this campaign, scoring 25 goals, and also providing 10 assists.

Dortmund have an abundance of forwards, with Ciro Immobile, Adrian Ramos and Marco Reus all available, so letting Aubameyang go would not be the worst thing for them.

Key forward Marco Reus has constantly been linked with a move away from Dortmund, but he recently signed a contract extension, so it appears their star man will stay.

If the Gunners could bring in Aubameyang to be a strike partner with Olivier Giroud, that could prove to move them closer to a legitimate title challenge.

This could also satisfy the opinion of Thierry Henry, who had said Arsenal would not win a title with just Olivier Giroud as striker.

This window the Gunners have constantly been linked with strikers to augment their attack, could Aubameyang be the one?
