Amine Harit snubs Manchester United to train with Arsenal ahead of signing for the club.
Nantes teenage sensation Amine Harit is set to undergoing trials at Arsenal after snubbing interest from Manchester United.
The 18-year old midfielder who has been on the radar of the Red Devils trained with the Gunners first team on the first day of pre-season.
Harit is considered one of the brightest prospects of French football at the moment and could prove a worthy buy in the future should Arsenal offer him a contract.
Only two months ago, Harit was reported to have penned a new two-year deal with Nantes seemingly knocking off suitors like Manchester United, Barcelona and Arsenal.
He said at the time: “Regarding my future? I am aware that English, Italian and Belgian clubs are interested in me. But for now, I do not want to pay attention.”
“My club is FC Nantes and they have my priority. Since I’ve been with Nantes, I feel fine, I feel I have really progressed.”
It seems however, that the promising lad would switch allegiance pending the outcome of his trials with the Gunners
