Arsenal are on the lookout for top quality players ahead of next season.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is planning a major title push next season and the boss is aware of the need to bring in only the best in the summer to achieve his target.
Wenger himself confirmed he would sign only “top players” in the summer, and this has seen the club linked to an avalanche of star players in recent weeks.
According to reports making the round, Arsenal have made shock approach for experienced midfielder Thiago Motta after he admitted he could leave his current club Paris Saint Germain.
32-year-old Motta has 85 caps and has scored 6 goals for Paris Saint-Germain since joining them from Internazionale in the summer of 2012.
Wengeer has resorted to bidding for Motta after missing out in key signing target, Including Morgan Schneiderlin to Manchester United, Geoffrey Kondogbia to Internazionale and now Vidal to Bayern Munich.
The 6’2 tall midfielder is also been wanted by Tottenham but is most likely to join Arsenal due to Champion’s League Action.
