Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is planning a major title push this season and the boss is aware of the need to bring in only the best to achieve his target.
Wenger himself confirmed he would sign only “top players” in the summer, and this has seen the club linked to an avalanche of star players in recent weeks.
Arsene Wenger certainly mean serious business for this season with reports claims that Wenger has placed a personal phone call to Dynamo Kiev star Andriy Yarmolenko.
It is believed Wenger placed the call to persuade the 25-year who is also in the radar of manager Roberto Martínez side.
The Ukrainian Forward has scored 8 goals in 19 appearances for Dynamo Kiev last season and it is said Wenger is an admirer, and the reports also says Arsenal are sitting in pole position for his signature and hopefully will hijack the move from Everton and Barcelona .
According to the Guardian, Barcelona have suddenly shown interest in signing the versatile star, if truly the Gunners are interested in securing his services they have to move in fast because Barcelona seems to be serious in doing business after the transfer of Pedro to Chelsea.
