Arsenal have been given a major boost in signing long term target Arturo Vidal.
The former Juventus man has being found surplus at the club Bayern Munich by legend Franz Beckenbauer and reports claims Vidal will be looking to leave the club in January.
Vidal was signed from Juve for a fee reportedly worth around £28million over the summer and he has featured in all eight league matches this season for Bayern.
Vidal has suffered backlash from Beckenbauer but it is pleased to see that Pep Guardiola has defended him following several criticism from the midfielder’s performance.
Bayern do not need Vidal the honorary president Franz Beckenbauer claims
“He is not fit, has played poorly, and should not take the field if he is not 100 per cent.”
