According to reports, Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng is reportedly been targeted by Arsenal.
The report suggest his agent claims Boateng is being targeted by top clubs around the best leagues and Arsenal are said to be interested in the former Manchester City man.
Boateng has emerged as a key player in manager Pep Guardiola side since joining them in the summer of 2011.
The 27-year-old German international is contracted at the Allianz Arena until 2018 and his representative, Christian Nerlinger has indicated the brilliant defender is not for sale fending off offers from Arsenal and other clubs who are currently interested in his signature.
Boateng was part of the squad that played the Gunners in the last midweek Champions league clash at the Emirates and it is believed his brilliant performance caught the eye of Arsene Wenger.
