According to report making the round, Arsenal are currently fending off offer for the transfer of Pole international In January.
Arsenal former first choice goalie Wojciech Szczesny might finally complete a transfer away from Arsenal in winter.
London Evening Standard interviewed AS Roma director and he confirmed they are working to see a permanent deal for the pole international but they doubt if Arsenal will be willing to sell.
Szczesny fell down the pecking order at Arsenal in summer since the arrival of Petr Cech from Chelsea.
However, Szczesny said he wanted to return back to the Emirates but he was advised by Wenger to consider the loan move which he took in the summer.
‘I actually wanted to stay and challenge him for the spot but after a conversation with Wenger it was obvious that I should be looking for new opportunities,’ he said.
