Arsenal are reportedly on the lookout for top quality players ahead of the January transfer window.
The Gunners are in negotiations to sign Nigeria under 17 forward Victor Osihmen, according to reports.
Osimhen is in demand after leading his team to victory in the Under 17 world cup and scoring 10 goals in 7 matches. Its been reported that nine European clubs are interested in signing the striker although Tottenham has reportedly agreed a fee for the 16 year old.
Allnigeriasoccer.com now claims that Arsene Wenger’s side are in talks with the Nigeria Football Federation NFF to sign the 16 year old.
NFF President Amaju Pinnick is said to be a good friend of Arsenal boss Arsene wenger and the NFF boss has offered the player to Arsene Wenger.
According to the same paper, a move to Arsenal is not finalized yet, as Stellar Football United who represents former Tottenham star Gareth Bale is said to be in talks with the player.
Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool are also reportedly monitoring the striker’s situation and are ready to move for the under 17 golden boot winner should an opportunity arise.
Arsenal will need to act quickly if they are going to have a big chance to sign the striker.
