Arsene Wenger is reportedly keen on bolstering his side in the January transfer window for the second half of the 2015/2016 season.
Arsenal want transfer of Manchester City’s Jesus Navas. Arsenal have been linked with a surprise transfer raid on their rivals Manchester City, with that Jesus Navas is being eyed as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez. The Gunners are in small crisis at the moment after losing the Chilean to injury, and Arsene Wenger remains a long- time admirer of City flyer Navas.
The 30 years old also appears keen on the move himself, as he is a huge fan of Wenger and need to play regularly to help cement his place in Spain’s Euro 2016 squad. Navas has been hit and miss since moving to the Etihad in 2013, though his experience and quality would make him at least a decent stop-gap option for Arsenal.
Arsenal have in the past sold players to Manchester City and many view Arsene Wenger as incapable of holding on to top talents at the Emirates; Kolo Toure, Samir Nasri, Gael Clichy, Emmanuel Adebayor and Bacary Sagna all left the Gunners for one reason or the other and all except Bacary Sagna won at least a trophy with the Citizens.
Now it’s Arsene Wenger that is looking to sign a player from Manchester City to help solve his injury crisis; It would be almost impossible for the Citizens to help a potential title rivals course at their own detriment. Arsene Wenger would have to look elsewhere to solve his injury crisis.
