Arsenal are reportedly on the lookout for top quality players ahead of the January transfer window.
The Gunners are reportedly eyeing £8M deal for West Ham wonder kid Reece Oxford in January window.
Arsene Wenger is reportedly preparing the bid for the youngster. The 16years old became West Ham’s Youngest ever player when he was awarded man-of-the-match in the Hammer’s 0-2 win against Arsenal at the Emirates in the first game of the season in August.
The teenager is as adept in central midfield as he is in central defence, is being tracked by a host of Premier League clubs, however; Hammers coach Slaven Bilic is keen to keep hold of the youngster.
The 16 years old is expected to sign a two and a half year deal at Upton Park when he turns 17 this month, but the club are unable to tie him down for any longer because of FA rules preventing players under the age of 18 from signing three year deals.
If the bid for Reece is being rejected by West Ham this January, it is expected that the Gunners would come for the player again in the summer
Arsenal were keen on signing the versatile player last season while he was with the Under-21s; however, Oxford snubbed a chance to join the Gunners as he was not confident of getting regular first team football.
