Arsenal are reportedly on the lookout for top quality players ahead of the January transfer window.
Arsenal are set to table a bid for in demand PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot in January, according to the Metro.
The 20 year old had told the French club that he wants to leave the club on a temporary deal in January after he has been unable to hold down a regular spot at the French club, as per 101greatgoals.
According to the Metro via Buzzsport, Arsenal are set to table an offer for the midfielder in January as they search for a replacement to injured Coquelin.
Rabiot is highly rated in France and has found himself behind Blaise Matuidi, Thiago Motta and Marco Verratti in the club’s pecking order and the 20 year old is desperate to leave the club on loan in order to continue his development.
The Gunners are in need of a central midfielder after losing both Coquelin and Cazorla to injuries. Wenger has been linked to the likes of Ruben Neves and william Carvalho but the French man might be attracted to a cheaper option in Rabiot.
Getting Rabiot on loan will be cheaper although difficult as Roma and Tottenham are reportedly keen on the midfielder too.
Rabiot has featured for PSG eleven times in all competitions this season and has just one goal to his name.
