According to reports, Arsenal have suffered another major set-back against tomorrow’s clash against Manchester City.
Arsene Wenger confirmed injured England international Danny Welbeck won’t be expected back in action this Christmas
“He is still not available because of a bone bruising,” Wenger said. “That deteriorated and it is a big blow to us because we cannot rotate.”
Wenger confirmed the 25-year-old won’t be back until February this report comes as a major blow as the Gunners will continue the second phase of the Champions League being drawn with Spanish Champions Barcelona.
Welbeck has been out since April after undergoing knee surgery; he was expected back in action in September but it was later revised till Christmas and now February.
