Wenger himself confirmed he would sign only “top players” in winter, and this has seen the club linked to an avalanche of star players in recent weeks.
According to reports, Arsenal may sell Colombian international David Ospina, should any club show an interest in the shot stopper this January, according to the Daily Express.
The 27 year old has found life a bit tougher in North London since the arrival of Petr Cech from Chelsea last season.
And now the Daily Express claims Arsene Wenger is ready to allow the 27 year old leave should there be any club that show interest in signing him.
Besiktas are reportedly interested in the goalkeeper and could now lodge an official offer for the services of the 27 year old.
Ospina is yet to make a premier league appearance for Arsenal this season, although he featured in the Gunners first two games of the Champions league but was dropped after high profile mistakes against Olympiakos and Dinamo Zagreb.
However, Wenger could turn to to Academy goalkeeper Matt Macey as replacement for Ospina and cover for Cech until the end of the season.
Many clubs in French ligue 1 are monitoring the goalkeeper’s situation and could move to sign the 27 year old, as per the report.
Ospina joined Arsenal from Nice in 2014 after a superb performance in the 2014 world cup.
