Brozovic is having a mixed spell at the San Siro but Sport Witness claims Arsenal already have the €25m required to sign the midfielder and Inter just wants the London club to make it official.
Brozovic was linked with a switch to North London last year but ended up joining Inter during the window last January window from Dinamo Zagreb.
