Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is planning a major title push this season and the boss is aware of the need to bring in only the best to achieve his target.
Arsenal’s Under-21 German international, Serge Gnabry is set to continue his loan deal at West Bromwich Albion which was rumoured to have been cancelled.
Reports indicate that Arsene Wenger stated that the loan deal with West Brom still stands.
Wenger was quoted as saying
‘’Gnabry is on loan at West Brom, a year-long-loan and we have a commitment. The player wanted to go there. We have a commitment with West Brom. If they want to cancel the loan, they have to contact us and speak about it. But at the moment, we are not there; stated Wenger.
The Youngster has barely seen game time during his season long loan deal at the Hawthorns, playing for just 12 minutes since his move from the Emirates. He has mostly featured for the West Brom’s Under-21 side.
Last week, reports filtered in that Tony Pulis said Serge Gnabry is not good enough to feature for his side just yet. It is clear that Gnabry would have developed more had he remained at the Emirates.
He is as good as Joel Campbell and Alex Iwobi and could offer the same threat as both players who are currently edging closer to the Gunners first team.
