Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is planning a major title push this season and the boss is aware of the need to bring in only the best to achieve his target.
Manchester United and Arsenal are tracking Real Madrid players James Rodriguez and Isco respectively and it looks like the Bernabue outfit would be willing to cash in on one of the two players in the summer, according to reports.
The Spanish attacking midfielder has been linked with a move to the Emirates for a while with no head way while United tracked Colombian player James Rodriguez while he was still with French outfit Monaco after an impressive outing at the World Cup in Brazil.
According to Metro, there is a possibility that one of the star player will be allowed to leave in the summer. Zidane likes Isco, but he doesn’t think he has enough to be a consistent Real Madrid player.
It could be that Isco or James Rodriguez be sold but Real Madrid are also waiting to see what would happen with the transfer ban handed to the club last week after being found guilty and suspended from signing any player in the coming two transfer windows.
This transfer embargo may see the Gunners and United miss out entirely on the signing of either of the players as Real Madrid would chose to keep hold of them.
