The Gunners who were top of the league table at the beginning of the year have dropped to fourth position, 5 points behind table toppers Leceister City and Keown, a former arsenal defender has criticized the Gunners that the find theirselves in “a comfort zone” far too often.
Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown has criticized the Gunners after their recent dip in form.
Speaking with the Daily Mail, Keown said:
“That’s the trouble with this team – too
often they find themselves in a comfort zone. After finding form and getting on a roll they think they’ve won something when they’ve won nothing. That’s when you have to question their hunger.”
The Veteran centre also criticized Arsenal defender Gabriel for his performances.
He added: “At the back I think Gabriel is trying to prove he’s a good option but I often think less is more, defensively. Flying into headers and tackles can create panic when what you really need is calm.”
Arsenal face Bournemouth in a premier league encounter and have not won any of their last four league games, drawing three and losing one in the process gaing three points out of the possible twelve.
