Reports coming out from France reports that Arsenal have contacted Brazilian winger Lucas Moura over a summer move to the Emirates.
The Gunners were previously linked with a move to sign the midfielder in November but the player insisted he is happy at the French capital.
According L’Equipe via Sportwitness, PSG are considering selling the winger next summer as they plan for a major squad overhaul which could involve five to six players and the Gunners have already made their move to secure Moura having contacted the player over a possible summer move.
The report claims the French side is frustrated with the player’s inconsistency and are prepared to sell him in order to raise funds for their summer plans.
The player Joined PSG in 2013 for a fee of £38m but it is not yet known for how much the French giants will decide to sell the player but they aren’t expected to make a loss on the player.
Wenger has previously claimed he is prepared to sign top players and top talents for hefty price should they be available and Moura is definitely a top talent who is just 23 years old but it remains to be seen if Wenger will be willing to splash up to £38m or more for the Brazilian winger.
Moura’s contract at PSG expires in 2019.
