Arsenal winger Alexis Sanchez is determined to hit top form for the Gunners as they go into the business end of the season, according to a report on Tribal football.
The midfielder who was in superb form for Arsene Wenger’s men prior to the knee injury he sustained in December has struggled on the pitch since he returned in January.
The 26 year old who was criticized by Joey Barton after Tuesday’s game against Barcelona has now revealed that he is determined to get back to top form for the Gunners.
The midfielder also revealed he is very happy at the Emirates, he also praised the Gunners fans for their amazing support while claiming the club is now like his family.
Sanchez said: “Tuesday in the Champions League was a difficult game. But Arsenal’s support was great.
“I’m very happy here as Arsenal is now my family – it’s great fun. Now the focus is on the Premier League.
“We are in a position for the title. Our home game against United was the best match we’ve played.
“That day, before we all went out for the match, you could see we all had this hunger to win.”
Sanchez has been instrumental for the Gunners since he joined in the summer of 2014. He already has 35 goals in 77 appearances across all competition to his name.
