Premier league clubs are on red alert after being made aware that Real Madrid have decided to sell Spanish playmaker Isco this summer, according to reports.
Isco, 23, has never really nailed down a starting spot at the Santiago Bernabeu since he moved from Malaga in 2013 and now the Madrid based club are prepared to sell him at the end of the season, via the Mirror.
The midfielder has been linked with a move to the Emirates since last summer and reports were strong in January that the midfielder was closing in on a move to Arsenal. Although the move failed to materialize, it is believed that Wenger would make a move for the playmaker in the summer as he plans for a major squad overhaul.
Manchester United and Manchester City will also be watching the midfielder’s situation at the Bernabeu.
Man City have been linked with a move to sign the midfielder since Isco’s former boss Manuel Pelligrini moved to the Etihad but it remains to be seen if the Citizens will renew their interest in Isco with Pelligrini set to leave the club this summer.
Isco has scored three goals in all competitions for the Spanish side this season.
