Arsenal are set to stun rivals Liverpool by submitting a bid for the Red’s top target Kieran Tierney, according to reports.
Arsenal scouts have been keeping tabs on the Celtic fullback and the Wenger is set to submit an official offer for the defender after receiving glowing reports from his scouting department.
According to the Daily Record via the Daily Star, Arsenal’s chief scout Steve Rowley recently filed a report to Wenger about the defender and the French man is said to be impressed by what he has seen. Wenger is now willing to submit a £10m bid for the Scotland international this summer.
Liverpool are seriously interested in signing the fullback but a move to Arsenal is now believed to be a “genuine possibility”, as per the report.
