Italian giants Juventus are not giving up in their attempt to sign Arsenal winger Alexis Sanchez. The Italian club have already approached Arsenal about signing Sanchez and were knocked back but it appears that hasn’t deterred them as they are determined to sign the winger.
According to Calcio Mercato via Football Insider, the Italian club have tabled a bid of £25m for Alexis Sanchez.
The Italian Champions are hoping Sanchez will push for a move to Turin after opening talks with Arsenal.
The report claims Sanchez’ agent Fernando Felicevich has revealed the winger is no longer interested in staying at the Emirates and he wants to return back to Italy five years after leaving Udinese.
However, Wenger is not willing to sell the winger this summer, the French man is looking to tie Sanchez to an extended contract but is yet to be successful.
Sanchez has been an important part of the Gunners first team since joining the club in 2014 and should he move to Juventus, it will be a big blow to our title chances next term.
The report claims Arsenal are unlikely to accept Juventus’ £25m bid but a fee of £34m should be enough to lure the winger to Turin. With the current state of the transfer window, we believe Sanchez is worth more than £34m and should the winger push for a move away from the Emirates, we should demand a higher fee.
