Former Arsenal striker, Thierry Henry has given his own view of our 1-1 draw against Paris Saint-Germain in our opener in the Champions League.
Henry faulted Nigeria international Alexi Iwobi for the goal conceded as PSG took an early lead in just 44seconds into the game.
Arsenal summer target Edinson Cavani scored the first goal through a cross from Serge Aurier before Alexis Sanchez levelled up the game to finish in a draw.
Henry blamed Iwobi while speaking on SKysport: ” Iwobi should have been on Aurier, he didn’t track his man. Some little discipline you need as a winger which I believe he has learnt from the game. He had a good game overall. His confidence on the ball and ability to thread passes is such a beauty to behold” He said.
” In the second half, he gave a better display playing from the right and Alexis Sanchez has pure class when it comes to using the ball in the opponent’s half”.
