Arsenal are working hard to sign some of the young best talents in world football, according to reports.

The Gunners have been criticised for not spending big on established players in the past and it appears that is not about to change. The club  wants to focus on snapping up talented young players and it has been keeping tabs on a number of them.

Last week the club watched Belgium youngster Youri Tielemans and Udinese’s Panagiotis Armenakas in action for their respective clubs. It has now emerged that the club is also keeping tabs on Brazilian U17 youngster Yuri.

Yuri, 15, has been impressive for Santos youth team, having scored an impressive 40 goals in just 28 appearances.

According to Sambafoot via Caught Offside, Arsenal are keeping tabs on the striker with the hope of making a move for his services in the future.

The move is not expected to happen anytime soon but Arsenal will continue monitoring his progress.

FIFA rule does not allow clubs sign Non- EU players under the age of 18 unless they move into the country for non-footballing reasons. The Gunners will not want to go against the rule and will have to wait till the player grows older.

Manchester City and Manchester United are also monitoring the youngster, should he continue to impress at Santos, more clubs are expected to join the race to sign the Brazilian
