Alex Iwobi and Hector Bellerin are set to be rewarded with new contracts, according to Goal.
The duo have been impressive since they were promoted to the first team and they are set to be rewarded for their performances.
Iwobi has caught the eye with his impressive performances since he joined the first team at the beginning of last season. He immediately made an impact in the starting xi and has continued to grow as a player.
He surprised many last year and in April, he was rewarded with a contract extension worth £25,000 a week but his performances have gotten better and is now in line for a new deal just six months after.
Bellerin has also become a main stay in the starting xi and his performances have attracted the likes of Manchester City and Barcelona.
Wenger is keen to reward both players with a new deal and he believes their increasingly influential performances in the first team warrant an improved contract.
Iwobi has already made three assists this season and Bellerin has also continued the superb performances which has drawn the interest of Manchester City and Barcelona.
The new deal is expected to put an end to the interests in Bellerin and confirm Iwobi’s place as a key player in our squad.
