Udinese playmaker Panos Armenakas has revealed he is an Arsenal fan and is dreaming of a future move to the Emirates.
The Greek born playmaker is regarded as one of Serie A’s brightest emerging talents and he looks like one with a big future ahead of him. He has been attracting interest since he was a child and was invited to train with Barcelona at the age of six.
He had a short stint at Watford before moving to Udinese in 2014 and he has claimed he wants to come back to the Premier League, specifically Arsenal because he is a Gooner.
‘What does my future hold? I’m an Arsenal fan, and the Premier League is a dream, as is La Liga or Serie A’, the midfielder said, as quoted by the Metro.
Armenakas is still a long way off the Gunners first team as he is yet to make his debut for Udinese senior team but should he live up to his potential, I wouldn’t be surprised seeing him putting on the Gunners shirt.
It’s always a beautiful thing as a fan to watch a Gooner like you play for the club. They transfer their passion to their performance on the pitch, giving their all to make the club successful.
However, we will have to wait to see if Armenakas will impress Arsenal scouts in the future and earn his dream move to the Emirates.
