According to reports from Tribal Football, Arsenal could miss out on signing Real Madrid right back Danilo.
Goonersden.com believes Arsene Wenger sees the Brazilian defender as a possible replacement for Hector Bellerin who has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona this summer.
Spanish radio claim Serie A side Inter Milan have entered the race to sign the 25-year-old and they have made an irresistible offer for Danilo.
The report further claims Real Madrid are said to be prepared to cut their losses on a player they signed from Porto for £27million two years ago, with reports suggesting that £17million (€20m) could be enough to land the defender.
Cadena Ser pundit Mario Torrejon explained the situation (translated by Tribal Football):
“Danilo has a very good offer from Inter Milan and in the club they want to sell him and promote Achraf to the first team to compete with Carvajal. The transfer is not closed, but the offer is good and in the club environment they think they will sell him.”
