Arsenal head coach Arsene Wenger is only willing to permit centre-back Rob Holding to leave the Emirates for £15m, according to a story.
Burnley manager Sean Dyche is allegedly keen on signing the 22-year-old, however, the club made no offers for the centre-half in January.
The Sun now claims that Wenger will let Holding leave, however, Dyche will have to pay significantly more than the £4m offer he had in mind.
He has begun his career at Bolton Wanderers and has played 15 games for Arsenal since moving to the club in 2016.
The North Londoners started February with a 5-1 rout of Everton, which played impressive displays from January signings Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
