Former Inter Millan, Man City And Ac Milan Star Linked With Chelsea And Arsenal Again!

Reports according to the Daily Mirror suggests that Italian giants Ac Milan are ready to sell want-away striker Mario Ballotelli, and this report is said to have attracted the attentions of both Chelsea and Arsenal.

The controversial striker have had several spells in top European clubs like Inter Milan, Manchester City and now Ac Milan but has now come under fire once again from the Italian press following Ac Milan’s 5-1 aggregate defeat to Atletico Madrid in Tuesdays UEFA Champions League last 16 tie.

With Milan currently lying on the 10th position in the Serie A this season it is obvious that the Italian giants are set to be left out on European football competition next season, and this has prompted the club to plan a summer clear out which will most likely see the unsettled forward leave the San siro this summer along with on loan duo Adel Taraabt and Michael Essien.

The 23-year-old Italian international has so far this season netted only 2 goals in eight appearances in the Champions league and has showed lack of form upfront this season for the Italian giants, yet this has not held back the interests of top English clubs such as Arsenal and Chelsea, with both clubs being linked with a move for the contentious forward.

The club has so far struggled for form this season with new boss Clarence Seedorf also fighting for his future according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Former Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi said: “This is not a team. They do not defend collectively and this just highlights the limitations of every individual player.

“In attack they have many soloists, but the style of football has no logic to it.”

Due to Balotelli’s bad boy attitude on and off the pitch which has now somewhat contributed to he’s poor run of form this season, it is unlikely that he would make the switch to the Emirates as Wenger continues he’s search for a clinical forward when the summer transfer window opens.
