Wenger To Sign 3 Star Players Following 100 Million Pounds Transfer Kitty?

Arsenal Boss Arsene Wenger is reportedly due to be handed a 100 million Pounds summer Transfer kitty, and has been told by the Arsenal board to go for the best and splash the cash!

As the Summer transfer window edges closer, a lot of quality player have been linked to Arsenal, but are these player the right choice for an Arsenal side desperately in need of more quality. Below are star players that have been heavily linked wit a move to Arsenal over the last one year and have seen their move being cut short either due to a heavy price tag or lack of time and availability of the player.

But with Wenger being boosted with a 100 million pounds summer transfer kitty, it all but seem as the French man would likely get the signature of this three talented stars below.

Attacking Midfielder;

 one of the 3 player Arsene Wenger would return for in the Summer in the light of the Frenchman being boosted with such enormous transfer kitty is Julian Draxler.  it is very certain that the gunner boss would return for one of his dream targets Draxler.

After having series of attempt to lure the youngster to the Emirates turned down by Schalke in the January transfer window, it is likely that Wenger would continue his pursuit for the talented youngster and build-up on talks of a move to Arsenal from where he left off due to the closure of the Winter transfer window.

Draxler is one of the most linked names as far as Arsenal are concerned and a move for the German international looks likely. He has been in great form for Schalke in the last couple of seasons and has emerged as one of the hottest prospects in world football. He has supposedly outgrown the Schalke side and is now ready to move on to bigger things, and Arsenal seems to be the right place for him.

One problem the Gunner boss has had to deal with so far this season has been lack of striking options up front for Arsenal as Olivier Giroud being the only decent option available to Wenger. Giroud has had a decent first half of this season scoring almost on every game but as since lost the fire probably due to Fatigue and lack of a striking partner up front.
Wenger who during the winter transfer window failed in his attempt to land a decent striker will be looking to bloster his options when the summer window open and one man that has caught the eye of Wenger is Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema.

Wenger during the last summer transfer window had made contacts with Benzema, Angel Di Maria and former fellow team mate Mesut Ozil but was only able to secure the signature of Ozil, having failed to also lure Benzema to the Emirates. it was reported also that Wenger during the Winter transfer window returned again for Benzema but could not reach an agreement with his Compatriot.

With Arsenal desperately in need of a striker due to the lack of striking options at the Emirates and Benzema been continously linked with a move to the Emirates for quite some time now, it is said that if Real Madrid decide to splash the cash on a striker in the summer, it is highly likely that the Frenchman will leave Madrid.

Benzema is likely to be a nice fit with the flowing football that Wenger’s wards play as his ability and vision would allow him to gel in nicely with the team. Add to that the attraction of teaming up with former teammate Mesut Ozil, and Benzema might well be tempted to swap the Sapnish captal for the English one.

Defensive Midfielder;

Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Lars Bender is one of the best holding midfielders in the Bundesliga and hence, should be one of Arsene Wenger’s prime targets in the summer. Despite his younger twin Sven grabbing more headlines due to his performances for Borussia Dortmund, Lars has established himself as the preferred choice in the German national team setup.

Bender is capable of slotting in at right back if required and with Bacary Sagna getting on in years, the added versatility that the German would provide is likely to make him an even more attractive target. His passing is very good and hence he would slot in nicely into the Arsenal system, adding some steel and pace in the heart of midfield, something that has been missing so far this season.
