Recent reports in the football world has shown there is a serious chase
for the legs of 25 years old colombian winger by two top Premiership
clubs, Arsenal and Liverpool.
Reports have it that Juan Cuadrado had not only shown his interest in plying his trade in English Football but is also keen of moving to any top side that can afford his services.
His admiration for the Premiership stem from the fact that it has attracted an unprecedented global followership.
According to the Daily Star , quite a number of top European sides have at
one time or the other made inquiries on the availability of the young prodigy with the intent of luring him over to their side. Scouts have
always been at his beck and call without any favorable response from both
the player’s manager and club, Fiorentina.
The current market value of the talented winger is in the region of £20m, which was considered a good deal going by what he is capable of doing on the field of play. His talent is quite unique going by what he had been able to achieve within a short spell at the Italian side.
Aside the Gunners and Liverpool that have shown strong interest in
Cuadrado, other top Premiership side on his chase include Manchester
United and Tottenham.
Newly axed United Manager, David Moyes was reported to have made consistent inquiries on the player. Going by the recent turn of event at the club, the Scot believed the Colombian will be a good addition to the squad. He believed the lad have what it takes to turn around the fortune of his side.
Despite his strong interest, Liverpool has been considered the most preferred destination among the top clubs jostling for his services going by what insiders at Fiorentina quoted.
Arsenal on the other hand are playing down talks of their interest in the winger, but are believed to be on his case with talks of a move in the summer being plotted by the North London outfit.
One complication in the deal is that Cuadrado is actually co-owned by both Fiorentina and Udinese.
But it understood both clubs are willing to cash in on the quick and crafty forward who can play on either wing and has even slotted in as a right back.
