[PICTURE PROOF] – Sagna Choses Arsenal Stay.

Directors at Arsenal, along with Arsene Wenger, have held positive talks with the Sagna’s agents in recent days and believe a breakthrough has finally been reached, and Sagna is now thought to be on the verge of penning a new deal amidst claims that the defender is unhappy.

The report claims that the defender along with his family are settled in London and now that Arsenal have offered ‘further inducements’ that have taken their offer closer to what Sagna is looking for, the versatile defender is expected to snub the advances of other rivals such as Manchester City, Liverpool, PSG, Monaco, Galatasaray and Inter Milan and commit his future to the Emirates.

Further proof have leaked again to this effect with  the 31-year-old himself taking to popular social media outlet Instagram to give his fans a breath of hope on his future with Arsenal. In the picture posted; the Frenchman said…

“In life, what makes you going forward is how much you believe in what you doing and how much you want it…its a choice #london # arsenal #choice #desire #dedication #work “

It would interest you to know that Sagna previously posted a picture on his official Instagram account saying…

“Football is my passion….playing with the fighting spirit is a MUST #arsenal #london #number3 #luckynumber #puma #Instabraid “

It is worthy of note that in Sagna’s quote, he talked about“puma” which is the recently confirmed official sponsors of Arsenals’ kit next season.

Meaning the player is talking about his direct future at the Emirates. And  i believe its either the defender has penned a new contract or he is on the verge of doing so.

This would be a HUGE boost as Sagna would be an extremely difficult member of the squad to replace this summer. He’s been one of the most consistent players over the last seven years and I’ll be delighted if we’ve finally been able to tie him down to a new deal and keep him at the club.
