Transfer Update: Arsenal Lining Up Bid For Sensational 19 Goal Hitman!

According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal are preparing a €10m bid for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette, who is also interesting the likes of Tottenham and Liverpool.

The 22-year-old Frenchman having scored 19 goals in all competitions this season for Lyon, has attracted the likes of Juventus, Fiorentina, Liverpool, and Spurs over the past few months with Everton making an enquiry earlier this year. But recent reports are suggesting that Arsenal would snap up the player from the nose of fellow Premier league rivals as Arsene Wenger looks to blooster his forward in the summer.

The 6ft tall player who has a contract at the Stade de Gerland which runs through to 2016, and with the club yet to sit down with their top scorer over a potential new deal, Arsenal will be hoping to persuade the youngster to push on with his career in North London.

With Arsenal Looking to delve into the summer transfer window on the back of a reported £100 million transfer kitty set to be handed to Wenger, are looking to rejig their forward line this summer, with Olivier Giroud, Lukas Podolski, and Nicklas Bendtner all linked with moves away.

Arsenal will be looking to tempt Lyon with an interesting offer for their striker with the French side being vulnerable to offers as they have financial problems.

Lyon are currently fifth on the Ligue 1 table, and are struggling to secure a Champions League spot for next term. The gunners will also be looking to further tempt the player with the assurance of Europes elite compitition which the gunners are looking to further secure for the 19th successive session.

The young Frenchman has spent all his life at Lyon joining the French side academy in 1998 then the junior team in 2003 before joining the senior team in 2010.

Wenger who since his time at the the helm of Arsenal lure in a large number of player of French decent will be looking to once again snap up this young 22-year-old to the Emirates with the young chap showing great potentials.
