Arsenal take on Hull City at the Wembley stadium in less than 48 hours and Arsenal have already planned a major celebration should the gunners triumph over the Tigers.
Arsenal are set to hold a victory parade – if the club wins the FA Cup. The Gunners last paraded a trophy through the streets of Islington after the league and cup double of 2004. There was no parade following the penalty shoot out win over Manchester United which saw the club win the FA Cup in Cardiff in 2005.
But should Arsene Wenger’s team pick up their first piece of silverware for nine years at the Wembley show-piece this weekend, a parade will be held.
In a statement released on Arsenal’s official website earlier this month said:
“Should the club be successful and win the FA Cup final, a parade with the first-team squad, starting and finishing at Emirates Stadium, going via Islington Town Hall, will take place on Sunday, May 18.”
Following this reports, recent pictures of the supposed parade bus to be used by the Gunners should they win the FA Cup have been spotted with the Arsenal badge and the words, “The FA Cup winners 2014″ have emerged.
Islington Council earlier this week put up road signs with details of the anticipated parade on Sunday.
