Arsenal experienced that winning feeling at Wembley once again as a polished performance saw off Manchester City in the Community Shield.
Arsenal went into the game against Manchester City coming off the back of an FA Cup win over Hull City back in May on the same turf.
Arsenal have lifted the Community Shield on separate occasions since their first win in 1930, but the club have made their win over City their 13th since the inception of the competition.
Following the victory over City at Wembley, Arsenal star Mathieu Flamini as did other Arsenal stars took to his account on popular social media outlet Instagram posting celebratory pictures from the Wembley ground where the team partied and celebrated their victory over last seasons premier league champions Manchester City.
But in a rather “mockery” fashion, the rock solid Arsenal defensive midfielder tagged his celebratory pictures with fellow teammate and close friend Tomas Rosicky and former teammate Cesc Fabregas.
Although there was no message following the picture but many reports had it that the French midfielder was unhappy when Fabregas moved backed to England and with bitter rivals Chelsea. So could Flamini be rubbing the trophy in the face of Fabregas? seems clearly so to me.
Below is the picture shared by Flamini tagging Rosicky and Fabregas.
