SHOCKING: £80,000-a-week Star AXED From Arsenal
Arsenal have kicked-off their summer clear-out to free up both space and funds ahead of the new season.
Fresh reports according to the Express claim the Gunners have begun their summer clear-out with the official release of Abou Diaby and Ryo Miyachi.
It is no longer secret that Wenger is planning a major title charge next season, and the French boss is aware that the only way to give Chelsea and other rival clubs a good fight is to bring in marque signings.
talkSPORT earlier claimed the players to be axed from the Emirates Stadium this summer will include Lukas Podolski, Wojciech Szczesny, Abou Diaby, Mathieu Flamini, Joel Campbell, Carl Jenkinson, Ryo Miyaichi and captain Mikel Arteta.
Among these players, two have officially been released by Arsenal and we may well see more leave the club in the coming days.
The boss has already promised the signing of “world class” players and so reports of a summer clear-out should not come as a surprise development to fans.
Premier League rules state that clubs must submit their retained and released lists by the third Saturday in May.
However, even players designated as being ‘released’ can remain at a club if a new deal is struck ahead of the new season.
Arsenal fans, what do you think about the release of Diaby and Miyachi by Arsenal?
Miyachi is a future player which arsenal supposed to keep… That is a big mistake
