According to reports Juventus have received an offer from German giants Bayern of £28m (€40m) for Arsenal’s long time target Arturo Vidal.
Former German football striker and Chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge says he wants midfielder Arturo Vidal to join Bayern Munich; Rummenigge also added no agreement has been struck yet between both clubs
“I still can’t confirm anything with Vidal,” Rummenigge said.
“We have to wait. We’ll definitely make a move before the close of the transfer market.”
However, it is believed Rummenigge is seriously pushing for the deal to land Vidal, who he thinks is a perfect replacement for Bastian Schweinsteiger who recently joined rivals Manchester United.
Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for the Juventus midfield star, with several reports suggesting the Gunners have agreed a deal with the Chilean.
