A move which reportedly angered the French club and its fans.
And according to French publication Le Parisien, The midfielder has set his sight on a move away from the French capital in January in order to secure a loan deal until the end of this season.
The midfielder is reportedly keen on impressing France national team boss Didier Deschamps in order to be part of the team that will host the European championship at the end of the season.
But PSG are adamant to let him leave and a club insider told Calciomercato in December:
“He is a young midfielder but he is ready to play”
“PSG trust him a lot and I think he’ll remain at the club. PSG are playing lot of competitions and they will definitely need him.
“The club is forced to win every year but they also need to think about the future.”
