Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is planning a major title push this season and the boss is aware of the need to bring in only the best to achieve his target.
Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Granit Xhaka could be heading to the Emirates with Arsenal reporting to be readying an offer.
The Swiss star is reportedly a long term target for Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and the Daily Star claims a bid of around £37million will be lodged for the player.
Xhaka, 23, who join Monchengladbach four years ago from home club Basel is said to unhappy with the direction the club are headed.
