Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is planning a major title push this season and the boss is aware of the need to bring in only the best to achieve his target.
Campbell has spent most of his career out on loan, though he has hinted at uncertainty of his future at the club.
The 23 year old has been linked with a move away from the Arsenal in the winter transfer window , with Turkish side Galatasaray being reported to be keenly interested in the forward’s signature.
Campbell is enjoying first team action in the first team due to the poor form of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and the injuries to Alexis Sanchez and Danny Welbeck.
Campbell would be out of contract at the end of this current campaign and he is avoiding the temptation of signing for the Gunners with his place in the team still looking uninsured when Alexis Sanchez and Danny Welbeck return.
He was recently on loan at Olympiakos in Greece and last season at Villarreal but he is back at the Emirates and he is taking his chances and churning up with goals and assists; He is currently keeping Oxlade-Chamberlain out of the starting line-up but his place in the team is still yet not assured.
It is yet to see if he would still make a move in the January transfer window as the Gunners would not want to lose him for free at the end of his contract in the summer or he would finally be given a new contract and he would put pen to paper
