Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is planning a major title push this season and the boss is aware of the need to bring in only the best to achieve his target.
Arsenal want away defender, Mathieu Debuchy looks like he will get his wish after all as reports suggest that the Gunners have reached an agreement with Premier League strugglers, Aston Villa over a loan move.
According to Express, Arsenal have finally agreed terms with Aston Villa over a temporary move for Mathieu Debuchy. The Premier league side have accepted a loan fee in the region of £1.2 Million for the France international and the Gunners boss has given his support for the move to go ahead but it would be till end of the month.
Debuchy join the Gunners from Newcastle United for £10 Million; making 46 appearances for the St James Club before making the switch to the Emirates. Debuchy has struggled to get back into the Arsenal first team squad since losing his spot due to long term shoulder injury and his replacement, Hector Bellerin is now the preferred choice for the right back position at the Emirates after putting up impressive performance for Arsenal.
His loan move is triggered by the fact that he is bidding for more playing time in order to stay fit and have enough game time so as to make the French team for the European Championships in the summer.
