Zlatan Ibrahimovic has revealed he is keeping his options open amid reports linking him with a move away from Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
The striker is heavily linked with a move away from Paris this summer with the Emirates being touted as one of his potential destinations.
The 34 year old who is in the last year of his contract appeals to a lot of suitors as they won’t have to pay a transfer fee to secure his services but the forward’s wage demand is proving to be a stumbling block in his negotiations.
According to Teamtalk, the striker’s salary could sum up to as much as £600,000 a week, a fee which the Gunners are reluctant to pay.
The striker told Goal: “The situation is what it is. We will see what happens. We’re talking with everyone.
“We are in talks with PSG but also with other interested clubs. We will see what happens but I cannot give you an answer today. Just be positive!
“[You’ll know] when it’s official. I will know at that time too. Before that, I wouldn’t know.
“It’s difficult to answer this question. When I know, you’ll know and the whole world will know. Everyone is asking that question but I do not have the answer yet.”
Ibrahimovic is currently regarded as one of the top striker’s in the world but Arsenal look very far away from signing the striker despite the club being in dire need of a top class centre forward.
