Theo Walcott is determined to turn down any move away from the Emirates, according to Goal.
The 27 year old winger is determined to stay and fight for his Arsenal future as he is keen to make an impact at the Emirates next season.
The forward fell down the club’s pecking order this season due to poor performances and with Wenger keen to strengthen his squad, the winger is expected to drop further down the pecking order next season. However, that has not discouraged the England forward but he is fired up and desperate to fight for his place in Wenger’s team next season.
West Ham were recently linked with a £25m bid for the winger yesterday but it appears the East London club have not made a move for the winger. Son of West Ham joint Chairman Jack Sullivan has revealed the club is not interested in Walcott. Jack revealed this via his twitter handle saying:
Just spoke to dad, we are not interested in Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain!
Goal believes the player is focused on his future at the Emirates and is not thinking of leaving this summer.
Walcott is currently the longest serving player at the club after moving to the Emirates in 2006 but has failed to live up to expectations in his 10 years at the club.
