Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina is desperate to leave the Emirates this summer in search of first team football, according to reports.
The goalkeeper featured in just four league games for the Gunners this season and thirteen games in all competition and he is believed to be finding it difficult sitting on the bench week in week out.
According to the Mirror via the Daily Star, Ospina has already told his friends he will definitely leave Arsenal this summer and has received so many offers already.
The goalkeeper believes he is in the prime of his career and should be playing regular football with more than a quarter of dozen of clubs looking to acquire his services.
Besiktas are one of those club’s reportedly interested in the Colombian international. The Turkish giants have already contacted Ospina’s representatives about a summer move and are prepared to pay around £3.3m for the goalkeeper.
Website Turkish Football claim Besiktas are prepared to pay £2.5m and the club’s president last week admitted a deal could sink if they fail to meet Arsenal’s valuation.
“Arsenal want a lot for him [Ospina] so we may have to look for alternatives,” Fikret Orman said.
“I do want Ospina and we are going to get a foreign keeper.”
Fresh report have emerged from Turkish media claiming representatives from Besoktas were flying in to England to hold talks with Arsenal in a bid to seal a deal for the Colombia international.
