Alexis Sanchez has revealed that his aim is to become one of the world’s best players.

The Chile international who has been instrumental for Arsenal this season has revealed that he will not stop working hard until he is regarded as one of the best players on the planet.

The forward says it’s his childhood dream to become one of the best and wouldn’t relent until he fulfil his dream.

“My career won´t last forever and I am aiming to be one of the best players in the world”, Sanchez told the club’s official website.

“I want to do my best and be professional until my career ends.

“I enjoy football a lot, I always wanted to be one of the best players in the world and I´ve been saying that since I was a little boy”, added the 28-year-old.

“I will slow down after I retire, but for the time being I will carry on like this.”

Sanchez has established himself as one of the Premier League’s best since he moved to England in 2014 and is currently on course to attain the world best status.

The forward is in talks with Arsenal to extend his contract which expires in 2018. Well, no agreement has been reached but we are made to believe that some of the player’s demand is for the club to show its ambition by signing top players and also that the club builds the team around him.

Indeed playing alongside top players and winning trophies will help Sanchez fulfil his dream of becoming one of the best hopefully he can achieve that here at the Emirates.

The forward has been on fire for Arsenal this season and will be hoping to lead the team to the Premier League this season which will be a good starting point for his quest of becoming the world’s best.
