Arsenal are among a host of Premier League club reportedly alerted by PSG’s decision to sell two of its first team players.

According to The Sun via teamtalk.com, PSG are desperate to get rid of Jese Rodriguez and Grzegorz Krychowiak both of whom have failed to impress since moving to the French capital last summer.

The report claims the French giants are so desperate to offload the duo to the extent they will accept loan offers for the players who cost them £55m just six months ago.

Jese who has been linked with a move to Arsenal in the past is being linked with a move to Anfield. West Ham are also said to be monitoring his situation but Arsenal haven’t been mentioned yet and it is unlikely we would make a move for his services again due to the high number of options we have in the Spaniard’s position.

The Gunners boss is also thought to be a big fan of Krychowiak, a player who was heavily scouted before Arsenal opted to sign Granit Xhaka in May and the report claims Wenger could look into signing Krychowiak this month to provide cover in the centre midfield position which has been ravaged by injuries.

Wenger has publicly ruled out signing new players this month and I doubt if he is really interested in signing any of these players but a loan move for Krychowiak will make so much sense. Injuries to Santi Cazorla and Francis Coquelin as well as the departure of Mohammed Elneny to the African cup of nations have left us short in centre midfield. A temporary cover would be a great option to consider and Krychowiak’s exploit at Sevilla last season will make him a good option.
