Goonersden brings you news from top football news sites from the likes of ESPN, SkySport, Daily Mail, Daily Star and Metro… We also Analyse football, player, transfer and predict Arsenal starting line-up.

Arsenal might be willing to let Alexis Sanchez leave the Emirates if he doesn’t sign a new deal before the end of the season on one condition, according to the Daily Star.

Sanchez’s future has been the subject of speculation in the last couple of months, following his refusal to put pen to paper on a new deal. His contract expires at the end of next season and all Arsenal’s attempt to convince him to sign a new deal has been fruitless.

Clubs are already circling around the forward, watching his situation with keen interest, knowing he will have just one year left at the end of the season and Arsenal may be forced to sell him.

One of the clubs keeping an eye on Sanchez is AC Milan and Italian publication Calcio Mercato reckons that Arsenal could let the forward join Milan on one condition.

The report claims provided M’Baye Niang is included in any deal to sign Sanchez.

Italian media have linked Arsenal with a move for Niang in recent weeks and Milan who are keen on Sanchez could include the winger in a potential deal to tempt Arsenal.

This sounds crazy, doesn’t it?

Niang is no way in Sanchez’s class and no right thinking club will take the Milan winger will be a replacement for Sanchez.

The French forward is way down Sanchez’s class and it would be an aberration if we lose Sanchez and sign him as a replacement. So therefore I wouldn’t read too much into this report.

Wenger has always stressed his priority is to keep Sanchez at the Emirate and I want to believe that is still the case.
